SUBSTANCE: opticoelectronic measuring device has objective 1, two mirrors 2 and 3 fixed in parallel in front of objective (mirror 3 has turning mechanism), vibration scanner composed of photodetector 5, elastic rod 6, electromagnet 7, amplifier 8 and generator 9, photocurrent amplifier 10 with automatic gain control unit incorporating peak detector 11, master unit 12 and differential amplifier 13, Schmitt flip-flop 14, commutator 17, clock pulse generator 18, pulse counter 19 with digital indicator 20, analog-to-digital converter 21, subtracter 22, differential amplifier 23 and electric motor drive 26. Described device makes it possible to diminish measurement error thanks to correction of value of displacement of part along optical axis. EFFECT: diminished measurement error. 1 dwg
