FIELD: instrumentation, instruments measuring geometric parameters of heated articles. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in rolling, forging and manufacture of shells. Optoelectronic measurement device has vibration scanner 3 with power supply unit 4, photodetector 2, amplifier 6 of photocurrent, two single-shot multivibrators 10 and 17, two Schmitt flip-flops, first one 7 of them being connected to output of amplifier of photocurrent and second one 9 being connected to power supply unit of scanner, low-frequency filter 23 and indicator 24. Automatic gain control unit comes in the form of first multivibrator 10 with first differential circuit 11 connected to output of second Schmitt flip-flop 9. Output of circuit 11 is connected to controlling input of first key 12 which connects output of amplifier 6 of photocurrent to input of voltage master unit 15 through first capacitor 13 and first buffer amplifier 14. Output of voltage master unit 15 is connected to controlling element of voltage divider 16. Unit of automatic stabilization of level of dark current is fabricated in the form of second multivibrator 17 with differential circuit 18 connected to controlling input of second key 19 which connects output of amplifier 6 of photocurrent to input of amplifier 22 via second capacitor 20 and second buffer amplifier 21. Output of amplifier 22 is connected to input of amplifier 6 of photocurrent. EFFECT: increased speed of response of proposed device, diminished dynamic measurement error under automatic stabilization thanks to employment of updated electronic circuit. 2 dwg
