FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device has hollow shaft coupled to electronic motor. Shaft carries lens with turning mechanism. Input face of light guide positioned inside shaft is installed in image surface of lens. Output face of light guide is arranged on shaft end in front of photoreceiver with mask and condenser. Signal processing circuit of device has photocurrent amplifier to the output of which one-shot multivibrator, first electronic switch and capacitor are connected. The latter is connected via resistor. Rejection filter is connected to capacitor, output of first electronic switch is connected to automatic gain control unit, and second electronic switch with second resistor is connected to capacitor. Control inputs of electronic switch are connected to one-shot multivibrator output. Oscilloscope, low-pass filter with indicator and selective pass-band filter with second indicator are connected to filter output. EFFECT: measurement result. 3 dwg
