FIELD: registering devices. SUBSTANCE: proposed chess-clock has movement, two indicating units including hour and minute hands put on concentric axles, coupled to movement with the aid of conical friction clutches and fitted with gear wheels, change-over mechanism in the form of rocker, rods-buttons and two bell-cranks coupled to rocker and each contacting proper clutch. Each friction clutch is manufactured in the from of two half-clutches with conical working coupling surfaces for direct connection of movement with minute hands. Coupling of hour hands to movement is carried out with the use of two driving mechanisms which minute pinions and hour wheels are put on axles of clutches, are placed after half-clutches and work in turn.
