FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: separable nozzle I with bevel is installed in one of walls of chamber 10. One end of rod 2 joined to thermoprobe 4 is brought inside through hole in another wall of chamber and is hermetically anchored by means of bellows 16. Thermoprobe and rod which second end is fixed in coordinate fixture 7 have through axial holes. Butt of thermoprobe 4 facing output bevel of nozzle is set in specified section of stream of gas and this section is scanned with the aid of coordinate fixture 7 under steady-state mode of outflow. Scanning is carried out under various pressures in chamber 10 which are set with the help of regulating shut-off device 17. Gas from end 6 of ford is released into environment or into vacuum chamber 24. Signal of temperature transducer made in the form of thermocouple 5 located inside thermoprobe is measured in process of scanning. Presence of inhomogeneity of temperature field behind output bevel of nozzle with supercritical outflow of gas is judged by change of temperature. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of process. 8 cl, 4 dwg
