APPARATUS FOR COMPLEX PROCESSING OF AGRICULTURAL WASTES Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has agricultural waste collector and methane tank including acid fermentation chamber, neutral fermentation chamber, alkali fermentation chamber, and methane fermentation chamber. All fermentation chambers are equipped with dispersers. Methane tank is mounted in room having overhead covering on which solid-phase fermenter with film cover is positioned. Methane fermentation chamber of methane tank is communicated with fermenter including housing with light-transmitting walls and illuminating devices positioned at outer side of housing walls. Fermenter housing is divided into sections by transverse perforated walls. Drive shaft is positioned axially of fermenter housing and equipped with turbines which are located under perforated walls. Top section of fermenter is connected to gas holder and to power station equipped with gas turbine and electric generator for generating electric power. Additional transverse perforated walls are arranged between main transverse perforated walls. Fermenter bottom section is connected to centrifugal microfilter. Excessive biomass is discharged from centrifugal microfilter to belt-type press filter and to protein-vitamin drier. Centrifugal microfilter is connected to dynamic disintegrator where cell casings are destructed and heavy and superheavy water is produced. Apparatus of such construction provides complete processing of agricultural wastes and allows methane, protein-vitamin additives, biological fertilizer, compost, electric power, heavy and superheavy water to be produced.
