FIELD: radio engineering; nondirectional ultrasonic antennas lifted by flying apparatus lighter than air. SUBSTANCE: antenna has metal container 1 and metal rod 2 coaxially fixed to it. Conductors 3 are placed on either side of rod. Top ends of conductors 3 are connected to rod top and bottom ones, to radio set output. Loop-shaped radial conductors 7 are connected to container body. Reactivities are mutually compensated in antenna which ensures its broadband operation at standing-wave ratio of at least 0.4 in frequency range which is a multiple of 2.5. EFFECT: provision for broadband operation of balloon-mounted antenna without using additional matching devices. 3 cl, 5 dwg
