FIELD: antennas. SUBSTANCE: symmetrical dipole has two flat arms with angles facing each other; the first feeder is connected to the vertices of the angles. The length of the flat arms is 0.9 to 1.5 of their width; the angles facing each other equal 80 to 120; sections of conductors are cut in, their length is 0.45 to 0.55 of the perimeter of the flat arms which is (0.7-0.8) λmax and the diameter makes up (0.02-0.01) λmax. The sections of conductors are installed symmetrically with respect to the lateral axis of the symmetrical dipole and in parallel with the side edges of the arms at a distance of (0.03-0.06) λmax from them. EFFECT: enhanced radiation. 5 dwg
