SUBSTANCE: device has serial circuit of input stage 1, interface amplifier 2, clipping filter 4, controlled high- frequency amplifier 4, mixer 5, direct current amplifier 6, heterodyne 7, as well as serial circuit of high-frequency amplifier 8 for automatic level adjustment system, amplitude detector 9 and direct current amplifier 10 for automatic level adjustment system. Symmetry input of heterodyne 7 is connected to second symmetry input of mixer 5, which symmetry output is connected to symmetry input of direct current amplifier 6. Symmetry input of high- frequency amplifier 8 is connected to connection point of symmetry output of controlled high-frequency amplifier 4 and first symmetry input of mixer 5. Output of direct current amplifier 10 is connected to control input of controlled high-frequency amplifier 4. Output of direct current amplifier 6 serves as terminal of receiver and is designed for connection to high-end amplifier.
