FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: in the receiver circuit the supply of input signal from low-noise amplifier circuit to the input of mixer circuit is performed through coupling circuit as to alternating current, which contains the circuit of inductance or capacitance coupling. For configurations with capacitance coupling circuit the coupling capacitor is configured to obtain the capacity value determined as function of sensitivity of transfer admittance of mixer circuit. In configurations of low-noise amplifier with symmetrical outputs for transfer of symmetrical output signals to the appropriate inputs of mixer circuit there used are agreed capacitor couplings. In one example of implementation the mixer circuit contains circuit of quadrature mixer that can have one balance or double balance configuration. In the other example of implementation the mixer circuit contains four-phase mixer circuit that can be configured as circuit of balance four-phase mixer, which is connected to circuit of low-noise amplifier through inductance or capacitance coupling circuit.
EFFECT: simpler design, lower power consumption, suppression of low-frequency noise and possibility of controlling the parameters by means of coupling capacitors between amplifier and mixer.
