FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves splitting information signal into units which are encoded by means of alternation of order of pulses between units, unit-by-unit increasing of pulse rate between units, signal modulation and output to air. Each unit is transmitted at its own frequency. During reception rate of information pulses is decreased, units are decoded and their source form is sent to information receiver. Corresponding device has transceiver with random frequency alternation and first and second memory units 2 and 17, first and second encoder of writing address 5 and 22, first and second encoders of reading address 6 and 23, first, second and third and fourth frequency dividers s9, 10, 24, 25, first and second clock oscillators 8 and 27. EFFECT: increased reliability of information transmission in long-distance radio lines, decreased requirements for tuning time during frequency alternation. 2 cl, 4 dwg
