Device comprises source of information, commutator of speeds, packager, the first and second demultiplexers, M coders, modulator, the first and second antenna-feeder units, clock pulses generator, generator of code sequences, control unit, the first and second analysers of signal quality, the first and second synthesisers of frequencies, generator of pseudorandom sequence, frequency transducer, amplifier of intermediate frequency, demodulator, M decoders, depackager, information receiver, unit of signal element identification, K-circuits of comparison, unit of phase self-tuning, the first, second and third multiplexers.
EFFECT: increased validity of information reception due to adaptation of clock signal to change of noise environment.
