SUBSTANCE: method involves baking whole tuber preliminary threaded on heat-carrying rod for 20-25 min at temperature 250-300 C; removing the rod, and placing the baked tuber in mold; cutting the tuber, disintegrating the tuber pulp through cut with simultaneous introduction of filler without removal of pulp from baked shell and with the following filling of cut with main filler.
