FIELD: consumers' goods. SUBSTANCE: hollow handle may be formed as expander with device for attachment to bag and suitcase casing so that it loosely embraces expander. Electric generator may be positioned within flexible hollow handle. Permanent magnet rotor of electric generator is rotated by mechanical drive actuated by profiled rod mechanism positioned on outer surface of hollow handle. Piezoelectric plate may be positioned within hollow handle and short circuited at both sides by means of current-conductive shunts with leads.
