FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has endosseous cylindrical base being grill-shaped carcass or supporting pin, the rest of space being filled with porous titanium nickelide. Implant part (cervical one) adjacent to supraosseous head is produced from permeable porous titanium nickelide with preferable development of its radial dimension (up to two base diameters) and varied shape. The implant is closely fit on the prepared bone bed of alveolar process and sutured with gingival tissue for the time needed for osteosynthesis in porous structure to take place (2-3 months). Later on, supraosseous head is mounted on distal end as dental prosthesis base. EFFECT: improved biological compatibility and service life. 7 cl, 9 dwg
