FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has intraosseous portion, neck and supporting head of any cross-section shape indicated by prosthetic repair conditions. Cylindrical shape of the implant all over its whole length is preferential. Implant material is titanium nickelide possessing through porosity and having longitudinally oriented non-porous reinforcing titanium nickelide threads as inclusion. The device head and neck is coated with polymer coating for preventing infection from penetrating into the device during osteointegration period.
