FIELD: medicine, otorhinolaryngology. SUBSTANCE: composition has finely milled medicinal agent, 1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethane as a propellent and perfluorinated surface-active substance that is soluble in 1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethane. Mass ratio of medicinal agent to 1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethane = (1: 100)-(1: 4000) and mass ratio of the indicated surface-active substance to medicinal agent = (1:0.5)-(1:10). Aerosol composition can contain also one or more adjuvants or filling agents (except for components showing polarity above that of 1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethane). Medicinal agent is taken from the group containing respiratory, anticholinergic, antiallergic and antiinflammatory agents. Perfluorinated surface-active substance that is soluble in 1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethane is the perfluorinated aliphatic C5-C20-carboxylic acid, preferably, perfluorooctanoic or perfluorodecanoic acid. New aerosol inhalation compositions are stable for at least 30 s. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of composition. 17 cl, 1 tbl
