FIELD: pharmaceutics. SUBSTANCE: composition includes monohydrate of beclomethazondipropionate, size of particles of which is mainly less than 20 mc, at least 0.015 per cent of water from composition weight in addition to crystallization water bound in the above-indicated monohydrate. Composition also includes fluorocarbon or hydrogen- containing chlorofluor-hydrocarbon carrier. Method of treatment of respiratory diseases includes introduction of effective quantity of pharmaceutic aerosol composition by means of inhalation. Bottle consists of container covered by dosing valve. It contains aerosol pharmaceutic composition. Container can withstand pressure of vapors of propellent used. Composition preparation method consists in dispersion of active component with additional water. Aerosol compositions thus obtained are stable.
