FIELD: medicine, immunology. SUBSTANCE: method involves an isolation of mononuclear cells for two stages. Leukosuspension is obtained at the first stage and then mononuclear cells were isolated from the suspension. Erythrocytes were subjected for two-fold washing off and modified by binding with cytokins combination and given back to patient. Before administration cells cultured with interleukin-2 the suppurative cavity is washed with solution containing cytokins combination obtained by culturing mononuclear cells with interleukin-2. Method is used for treatment of patients with suppurative-septic processes. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
