SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used for immunotherapy of malignant cerebral tumors. That is ensured by a course of vaccine therapy with dendritic cells loaded with a tumor antigen in the form of subcutaneous injections combined with subcutaneous injections of IL-2. Loading of dendritic cells is carried out in the presence of azoxymer bromide by fused tumor antigens 0.1 mg/ml during hour incubation at 37 °C, wherein the puffed tumor antigen for load of dendritic cells is obtained from fragments of allogenic tumors of patients with a similar histological version of the tumor removed during neurosurgical intervention, for which suspension of isolated tumor cells is subjected to 5-fold freezing / unfreezing, then tumor material is centrifuged, supernatant is collected.

EFFECT: invention enables efficiently inducing a specific antitumour immune response in patients with malignant cerebral tumors that is accompanied by improved quality of life of the patients, longer duration of the total and no-recurrence periods.
