FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: inhaler has feeding reservoir 6 for powder substance to be inhaled, manual doser 8 connected with reservoir 6 and provided with dosing cavity 7 for receiving predetermined dose of powder substance. Apparatus is further provided with active inhalation lateral tip 11 having air channel 9 for dispensing required dose of powder substance in air flow. Pump 12,19,20 may be connected, when necessary. Piston of pump is to be biased by hand prior to inhalation by button 1 and released in synchronism with inhaling so that air flow is drawn from outside to disperse dosed substance.
