FIELD: medicine; applicable in inhalers. SUBSTANCE: device has reservoir for medicine, manually controlled metering means with metering drum, channel for air inlet, swirl chamber and metering means, mouthpiece with discharge channel connected with swirl chamber. In this case, inlet and connecting channel are arranged in V-shaped manner to each other and directed in V-shaped manner to periphery of metering drum. Reservoir is located inside metering drum. The latter supplies medicine dose to its periphery in zone of top of inlet and connecting channels. EFFECT: simplified design and provision of supply of invariable dose of medicine. 24 cl, 20 dwg
