SUBSTANCE: dosing inhaler has piston 3 mounted within cavity 2 of casing 1 and is loaded with preliminarily loaded spring 6 in pressure chamber of reduced section 4. Piston 3 may be loaded by drive stem 31 with handle 32 and may be locked in loaded position by locking device 33. Liquid medical drug is contained within tearable enclosure 10. Metered quantities of drug are supplied in succession into pressure chamber 4 and subjected to the action of abruptly increased pressure to force liquid preparation through dispersion nozzle 22 and reduce particle average size of finely dispersed liquid flare to less than 30 micron. Return valves 13 and 23 regulate flow rate through this apparatus. Instant pressure pulse is created due to release of spring-loaded piston 3 upon depression of control button 35 connected with locking device 33.
