FIELD: transport engineering; bicycles. SUBSTANCE: stabilizing system has spring-loaded telescopic lever or post connected by upper end through hinge joint near rear wheel axle with bracket connected to axle. Bolt hinge-mounted in bracket engages with gusset to counteract clockwise movement of bracket. Gas post is located between bracket and lever. Cross shaft carrying stabilizer casters is mounted on lower end of lever. Lever can be lowered below wheel tyre by means of cable for moving the roller on cross shaft. Thanks to it larger part of rider's weight is transmitted to earth through rear wheel, roller, cross shaft and stabilizing casters. Cable in form of closed loop passes over guide on cross shaft, over conical guide sheaves installed on separate bracket in which lever is hinge mounted. This lever carries shaft on which caster engaging with tyre and two reels are secured. Bracket has cam set into operation from bicycle handlebar through Bowwow cable. To lower the lever, caster is moved by cam for engagement with bicycle wheel tyre and rotating the reels and thus tightening the cable.
