FIELD: food industry; bakery. SUBSTANCE: device has cylindrical housing with conical outlet section. Hopper walls are made of rubberized cloth, thickness 1.5-6 mm, with glossy inner surface. Stiffening members forming rigid framework are located on outer surface of housing. Cover made of filtering cloth is secured over periphery. Free portion of cover can be displaced. Gauze is installed under cover. Self-shaking of filter takes place at end of hopper charging when material strikes against gauze. Strain gauges mounted under hopper support pillar are connected to weight terminal of hopper. Feeder connected to hopper output is coupled through vacuum system with hermetically sealed reservoir of meter. Reservoir is mounted on platform under which meter strain gauge is installed. Parts of housing are mated through end sections. Resilient properties of material of housing provide self-shaking of material in process of metering out. Increased tightness of hopper housing provides reliable storage of flour in bulk. EFFECT: improved storage, increased accuracy of metering out. 4 cl, 3 dwg
