SUBSTANCE: method for feeding bulk components to a kneading machine in baking is proposed, which provides for feeding a mixture of at least two different bulk components into an installation consisting of a mixer-hopper fixed on a stationary frame, closed on top with a lid with a loading nozzle, which diameter does not exceed 200 mm, a microwave flow meter is installed on its side surface, located at a distance of at least 300 mm from the place of reception of the bulk component, a vibrator is installed on the outer conical part of the mixer-hopper, inside the mixer-hopper, a working body of a mixing unit is installed, containing a vertical shaft with a nozzle fixed on it, made in the form of a spatial eight located in the central part of the working body, a frame consisting of flat metal plates is attached to the same vertical shaft to feed components of the mixture into the main mixing zone and to clean the inner surface of the mixer-hopper, in the lower part of the working body, there is a belt auger providing the feed of components of the mixture from the lower part of the mixer-hopper to the main mixing zone, and in the lower part of the mixer-hopper, there is an unloading device for the finished homogenized mixture and feeding it to the kneading machine.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the technological process of feeding a mixture of different bulk components, such as flour of various grades, grains, to a kneading machine, reduce flour losses, increase the accuracy of dosing, obtain a high degree of homogenization of the finished mixture, improve the quality of finished products and conditions of the sanitary and hygienic state of production, while reducing dimensions and weight of the installation, increase the reliability of its operation and ease of operation, as well as expand its scope of application.
