SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for bakery industry and can be used for dosing and mixing loose materials in flour-grinding, confectionary, chemical industry, production of construction materials and other industries. Bulk materials batcher-mixer consists of fixed on stationary frame bin, on top closed with cover with loading branch pipe, diameter of which does not exceed 200 mm, on its side surface a microwave flow meter is installed, located at a distance from the point of bulk component receipt of not less than 300 mm, on external conic part of hopper there is a vibrator, inside the hopper there is a working member of mixing unit, which contains vertical shaft with fixed on it nozzle, made in form of spatial figure 8, located in central part of working element, on the same vertical shaft a frame is fixed, consisting of flat metal plates for supply of mixture components to the main mixing zone and cleaning of the inner surface of the hopper from particles of flour, and in lower part of working member there is a belt auger, which provides supply of components of mixture from lower part of hopper into zone of main mixing.

EFFECT: reduced losses of flour, increased accuracy of dosing, improved conditions of sanitary-hygienic state of production, high degree of homogenization of the ready mixture, reduced dimensions and weight of the plant, high reliability of operation and ease of use, as well as wider field of use thereof.
