FIELD: welding up electron-optical systems. SUBSTANCE: machine has base 1, whirligig 2 with drive, socket 3 for installation of electron-optical system, welding gear having two semi-ring burners 5 and 6 and mechanism to swing and take burners away with drive, means to heat up and to anneal points of welding. Mechanism to swing and take burners away is manufactured in the form of joint parallelograms for each semi-ring burner 5 and 6 including common crank 7, cranks 8 and 9 and connecting rods 10, 11, 12 and 13 on which continuation semi-ring burners 5 and 6 are hinged. Centers of burners 5 and 6 are inter- joined and lie in plane connecting axes 30, 31 and 32 of swinging of cranks. Plate 16 carries carriage 22 which includes spring-loaded slider 25 joined to drive 29 taking burners away. Axes of swinging of bell-cranks 33 and 34 are matched with axis 30 of common crank 7 connected by tie-rod 40 to drive 41 of swinging of burners.
