FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: invention deals with cementing soft grounds when strengthening basements, pales, construction areas, etc. method consists in introducing into ground water suspension of cement at cement to water ratio from 1:1 to 1:10 including fine mineral component: 20-30 wt.-% of freshwater lake mud preliminarily activated microbiologically by aqueous suspension of microorganism strain Bacillus mucilaginosus containing 105 - 106 cells in 1 ml, 5-7 wt.-%. Activation is carried out for 24-30 h at 25-40 C and slow agitation. When strengthening ground, aqueous suspension of activated lake mud is first added followed by addition of cement suspension. Amount of aqueous suspension of activated mud added constitutes 8-12% of aqueous cement suspension. EFFECT: increased reliability of strengthening grounds. 2 cl, 2 tbl
