FIELD: oil and gas production. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has metal body filled with chemically active substance. It is executed in the form of hollow tube of aluminum and/or calcium, and/or other alkali-earth metal and has lock in the form of expansion on one end of the tube to provide connection with the end of another tube. As chemically active substance, alkali and/or calcium, and/or their mixtures are used. Tube ends are poured in with fusible water-repulsion composition. Chemically active substance is used in the form of mixed separate components of above-mentioned metals and/or separate extrusive pieces of these metals, and/or their melt. Apparatus has perforations poured in with fusible water-repulsion composition. Apparatus is introduced into well through lubricator. Reaction products, on their way through well, plate walls of pipes with oxide film and wash away deposit sites. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency in destroying gas-hydrate blocks and removal of asphaltene-tar-paraffin and paraffin-hydrate substances provided. 3 cl, 1 dwg
