FIELD: machining with vibrating cutting tools. SUBSTANCE: vibrator includes working fluid flow regulator, four-line hydraulic distributor with revolving multi-edge spool valve, double-acting hydraulic cylinder and piston vibration stabilizer made in form of three-line hydraulic distributor consisting of sectional sleeve whose ports are connected with cavities of hydraulic cylinder and with return main and two-edge spool valve connected with piston by means of rod. Edges of spool valve overlap ports in sleeve by adjustable amount which is no less than preset amplitude of vibrations. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 1 dwg
