SUBSTANCE: pressure pickup has body 1, base 2, membrane 10, flat disc piezo-element 3 positioned on surface of crystal holder 6 is parallel to membrane. Pickup has also two circular electrodes. First electrode is membrane 10, while second is applied on piezo-element surface. In addition, pickup has metal supporting ring 8, rivet 4 with cylindrical head, flexible element 5 with hole in its center, and adjusting screw 9 with spherical end. This allows practically complete removal of hysteresis phenomenon, increase in stability of conversion characteristic and optimal selection of initial clearance.
