FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: proposed pressure gage comprises housing, metal round membrane, disk-like quartz piezoelement and round electrode. Besides it comprises metal base with bottom section, inner ledge and groove, metal support ring, rivet with cylindrical flat head, flexible flat element with bore at its center to receive said rivet and adjusting screw with spherical end. Said adjusting screw is fitted in said threaded bore to stay in contact with rivet head flat surface. Support ring slides in inner groove confined in depth at base bottom by inner ledge. Top and bottom surfaces of support ring and base ledge surface are parallel with quartz holder surface. Besides, pressure gage additionally incorporates first pneumatic channel made up of pneumatic filter and throttle, and second pneumatic channel representing cylindrical channel in base lateral wall. Pneumatic filter and second pneumatic channel inlets are communicated with housing inlet. Throttle and second pneumatic channel outlets are communicated with chamber confined by wall, base bottom and membrane inner surface. Said chamber communicates with housing inlet via second pneumatic channel and equalising valve in resetting said pressure gage.
