FIELD: electrical and radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: signal of primary converter of piezoresonance instrument converter is heterodyned and linearized graduation characteristic of the latter is obtained. Nominal frequency of primary converter equal to resonance frequency of piezoresonator with two electrodes put directly on both surfaces of piezoelement is found, frequency graduation characteristic is determined and frequency of heterodyne is set by its approximation with fractional-linear function. To determine frequency graduation characteristic conversion function of primary instrument converter taken beforehand is used. EFFECT: increased linearity of graduation characteristic of frequency instrument converter.
