Magnetic device moves on wheels. It is connected to scanning converter 3 of magnetic field. Scale-to-time converter 12 is represented either by step motor or by motion-to-pulse frequency converter the output of which is connected to input of converter controller 4. Atmospheric air or conducting cable is used as communication line 19, and radio transmitters and radio receivers are used as transmitters and receivers of converter and terminal, respectively.
