FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking patient blood sample, setting spontaneous rosette-forming reaction with ship erythrocytes concurrently with theophylline load test. The number of rosette-forming neutrophils in 1 ml of blood being equal to or less than 1067, and theophylline-resistant T-lymphocytes being equal to or less than 27%, allergic disease is diagnosed. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy and reliability of diagnosis. 1 tbl
