FIELD: medicine, allergology. SUBSTANCE: method involves isolation and purification of lymphocyte fraction followed by its physical-chemical analysis. Chemiluminescence intensity is measured in lymphocyte fraction and in blood plasma and serum also. Then the medicinal allergen is added to each sample at final concentration that equals to the concentration of a single therapeutic dose of the medicinal allergen divided on the total blood volume of patient. The sensibilization to allergen is determined at increase the level of induced chemiluminescence after incubation of samples with medicinal allergen by 20% and above as compared with the parent value. Method ensures to detect the spectrum of possible medicinal allergens at high precision, broadens possibilities of clinician physician for correction of therapy carrying out and can be used for detection of sensibilization to drugs.
