FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves concentrating selected micro-organisms on the surface of magnetic immunosorbent agents in magnetic field by means of washing them in flow-type casing with liquid flow followed with storing , transporting and separating magnetic immunosorbent agents from magnetic surface and liquid in magnetic field. Then the sample is sent for identifying infection pathogen. Device for taking, storing and transporting samples is cylindrical casing for taking samples provided with conic headpiece with inlet openings on one end and with removable magnetic plug on the other end. Internal surface of the casing above the latter is truncated cone. Casing has outlet openings and protecting conic baffle plate at the level of plug working surface. The device also has cylindrical reservoir which diameter is equal to that of the magnetic plug for taking samples. Device for separating magnetic immunosorbent agent and liquid phase has casing manufactured from nonmagnetic thermostable material having permanent magnet inside, sliding along internal surface. Outer working surface of the casing is corrugated, its end face being concave hemisphere. Device for making immunochemical analysis has power supply source, electric winding, plate with cells, removable comb with rods. Alternating current source is used as power supply source connected to electric winding surrounding a cell of the plate at a distance of 0.01-0.05 m and supporting magnetic field intensity of 800-1400 A/m through control unit having pulsating current supply unit feeding the electric winding, demagnetizing unit and timer signal transmission unit.
