FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves selectively concentrating micro- organisms on magnetic immunosorbent surface by washing it in flowing water casing (trap). Liquid is supplied from water pool at 0.4-0.7 l/min flow rate during prescribed time. Then, magnetic immunosorbent is transferred into reservoir for being retained and the sample for identifying infection pathogen is transported. EFFECT: higher probability of pathogen detection.
