FIELD: instruments, in particular, systems for control, testing and diagnostics of equipment, autonomous navigation devices. SUBSTANCE: device has sensitive element which has two stationary electrodes and moving plate, three amplifiers and two resistors. Output of first amplifier is connected to first resistor. Output of second amplifier is connected to second resistor and serves as device output. Goal of invention is achieved by introduced reference voltage source, electric signal generator, two transistor pairs with different conductance type, three resistors and two capacitors. This results in possibility of negative feedback circuit for amplifiers gain. EFFECT: compensation of electric noise (noise suppression in static and dynamic modes is greater than 60 dB). 1 dwg
