LIQUID ORGANIC WASTE REPROCESSING LINE Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

Abstract RU 2098933 C1

FIELD: agriculture, in particular, reprocessing of organic wastes and production of organic fertilizer and recycled water. SUBSTANCE: line has liquid manure accumulator, grinding pump, coarse inclusions separator, anaerobic filter, two-staged electric coagulator, centrifugal silt separator, electric acoustic disinfector and ultra filtering unit. All parts of line are connected by liquid waste transportation devices and common concentrate guide with composter unit. Anaerobic filter is formed as thermostatically controlled fermentation container with inner central pipe, whose upper end protruding from container is aligned with gas hood and communicated through hydraulic gate with gas shell positioned in upper part of fermentation container. Lower end of central pipe is spaced from container bottom, with space being used for sediment turbulization. Annular netted container is positioned in the mid portion of fermentation container about central pipe. Netted container is filled with granulated working microorganism association carrier. Composter unit has fermentation tanks communicated with mixer for mixing components of basic organic material through transportation system having longitudinal conveyor, compost mixture distributor with transverse belt conveyors united in block positioned in cassette, which is arranged for movement along guides in longitudinal and transverse directions relative to fermentation tanks, and device for unloading and leveling discharged mass. This device has bucket-type elevator with adjustable inclination angle. Upper support of elevator is pivotally connected with terminating conveyor of block in cassette and lower support is connected through cable with winch provided with hand or electric reversible drive. Winch is mounted on rolls for movement along cassette guides. EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 cl, 3 dwg
