FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agro-industrial complex, namely to lines for processing liquid organic wastes of pig-breeding farms, cattle farms and poultry farms. Liquid manure and droppings fine cleaning process line comprises arc screen, belt vacuum filter, thin-layer settling tank and pressure floatation plant along the process flow. Maximum removal of suspensions in the liquid fraction is ensured by the presence of a belt vacuum filter, a thin-layer settler and a pressure flotation unit.
EFFECT: technical result is shorter time for complete cleaning of liquid manure and manure to obtain decontaminated after composting solid fraction of fertilizer and process water.
