FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining electric current magnitude passing through hard tissues of erupting teeth. Current intensity being less than 8 mcA, general hygienic treatment is to be administered. The current intensity being less than 20 mcA, calcium phosphate- and fluorine-containing preparations with following fissure sealing are administered. The current intensity being greater than 20 mcA, widening and filling fissures with fluorine-containing paste is carried out with following prophylactic treatment involving application of calcium phosphate- and fluorine-containing preparations and preventive filling molars. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy in determining treatment method.
