FIELD: dentistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for prevention of closed-type fissure demineralization. Soft dental deposit is removed for 60 seconds with silicon dioxide paste with abrasiveness of 150–200 RDA. Teeth are isolated with a latex curtain. Kinetic opening of closed fissures is carried out with a Rondoflex blaster and powder with aluminum oxide particles with size of 27 mcm, and air-abrasive treatment of hard tissues is performed for 15 seconds. Gel based on 37 % solution of orthophosphoric acid with dynamic activation by ExtraFine applicator is applied on enamel for 60 seconds, followed by washing off gel for 60 seconds with water. At that, tooth surfaces are dried by air jet from dry instrument to chalk-like enamel shade, and a universal adhesive system containing 10-methacryloxydecyldihydrogen phosphate is applied on the tooth surface, which is rubbed in with an applicator brush and dried with an air jet. Then, repeated application of universal adhesive system is carried out with adhesive distribution by air jet and polymerization for 30 seconds by means of light-emitting diodes with density of dissipated power—1,000–1,200 mW/cm2, propanediol gel −1−2−3 is applied on the entire occlusal surface, the gel is polymerized for 30 seconds with a polymerization lamp, the gel is washed off for 20 seconds with water, latex curtain is removed and tooth surface is polished with a brush with paste based on zirconium silicate.

EFFECT: method due to pretreatment of closed fissures by kinetic method and subsequent infiltration both aprismatic structures of enamel, and prismatic zones of bottom and walls of fissures with formation of calcium salts in complex of monomer MDP allows to reduce occurrence of focal demineralization of enamel, allowing to avoid plaque retention on the occlusal surface of molars and premolars with a pronounced fissure relief.
