SUBSTANCE: patient affected with renal calculi (nephroliths) is subjected to effect of anti-phase acoustic vibrations having same frequency and intensity, specific frequency and intensity being selected according to patient's subjective sensations. Acoustic vibrations are applied onto patient's kidneys projection region, simultaneously from patient's back and belly, along plane in which kidneys are located. Normally, frequency is selected within range 1-5 kHz, while vibration intensity is selected beginning form starting value 2-5 mWt/sq.cm.
