FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to urology and physiotherapy, and can be used for rehabilitation of patients with urolithiasis after nephrolithotripsy. With the background of preparation for lithotripsy, the patient receives a biologically active food supplement Urinal-Nefro in dosage of 1 capsule 2 times a day with meals for 5-7 days before surgery and then for 3 weeks after lithotripsy in combination with sound stimulation on a projection kidneys. First, the kidney area is exposed to ultrasonic waves in a pulse mode with intensity of up to 1 W/cm2, frequency of 1,000 kHz with duration of 10 minutes, and then with sound waves in range from 2.0 to 3.5 kHz, modulated with low-frequency oscillations of 60 Hz. Session length is 15 minutes; the procedures are performed daily until the concrement fragments come out.
EFFECT: method provides effective discharge of calculus fragments after nephrolithotripsy, reduced time of discharge, improves functional state of urinary system, helps to reduce stone formation, promotes normalization of metabolic processes, regulates the tone of smooth muscle tissue of the urinary system, improves renal blood flow, prevents development of infectious-inflammatory complications after lithotripsy, provides recovery of immunological reactivity, antioxidant status in patients with urolithiasis after nephrolithotripsy, due to a mode of complex exposure to Urinal-Nephro and sound stimulation.
