FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering intramuscular injections of lipopolysaccharide preparation Pyrogenalum twice: the first injection is to be done 48 h before the operation at a dose of 1 mcg/kg (not more than 30 mcg), the second one is injected at a dose of 2 mcg/kg (not more than 60 mcg) 24 h before the operation. Tocopherol is concurrently administered at an intramuscular dose of 20 mg/kg twice 48 and 24 h before the operation together with pyridoxine at a dose of 1 ml/10 kg but not more than 5 ml. EFFECT: lower frequency of intraoperation complications; improved postoperative state of patients; simplified method.
