FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering premedication treatment involving intramuscular administration of Ketonal at a dose of 100 mg, Dimedrol at a dose of 10 mg, Dormicum at a dose of 0.07- 0.1 mg/kg. Aqueous narcosis comprises Phentanyl at an intravenous dose of 1.1-2.0 mcg, Dimedrol at an intravenous dose of 10 mg, Thiopental at an intravenous dose of 5-8 mg/kg, Tracrium at a dose of 0.5 mg/kg followed by tracheal intubation. Dormicum and Phentanyl are administered at an intravenous dose of 0.1 mg/kg and at an intravenous dose of 1.1-2.0 mcg as bolus, respectively. Anesthesia is supported with Phentanyl intravenous bolus dose of 3-3.5 mcg/kg/h, continuous Dormicum dose of 0.03-0.1 mcg/kg/h through dosing unit. Myorelaxation is achieved with constant Tracrium infusion at a dose of 0.4= 0.6 mg/kg/h and artificial lung ventilation via endotracheal tube in IPPV mode under BV=8- 10 ml/kg, MVB=80-100 ml/kg, FiO2 under SpO2 EtCO2. control.
