FIELD: medicine, neurology, pediatry. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes the use of the known drug - 1-deamino-8-D-arginine-vasopressin (adiuretin-CD) as an agent for treatment of ticosis hyperkinesis. Daily dose of agent is 0.005-0.02 mcg/kg body mass. Daily dose is divided for 2 doses and administrated by intranasal route, by 2 drops in each nostril, 2 times per a day for 4 days. After two-day interval the preparation is administrated by the same scheme. The proposed agent shows the selective anticatecholaminergic effect on the brain structures.
