SUBSTANCE: method involves administering glucocorticosteroids in traditional doses beginning from the moment of the first one or several threatening factors of lingering polysegmental pneumonia course being detected when hypergammaglobulinemia, relative lymphopenia, extraordinarily excessive antibiotic therapy taking place on the background of late admission in hospital. Fever being alleviated physical pneumonia manifestations, arterial hypotension and dyspnea being observed, the preparation administration is cancelled.
